A new member can be part of our community from the mid $100’s, including ownership of a condominium, and membership investment. Quail Ridge Has Two Championship Golf Courses
The variety two courses offer is important but even more critical is the availability of tee times. Tournaments and required course maintenance can severely limit play when only one course is available.The two courses at Quail Ridge are busy, especially in season, but it is a rare occurrence that a tee time on the course you choose cannot be accommodated within the hour of your choice.

Housekeeping services are on call all the time and will even look after your home while you are not in residence. These in-house services are appreciated by our members who want to minimize the time they spend taking care of life’s details.
Quail Ridge Offers Every Amenity You Would Expect
A myriad of activities are available beyond a very active golf program. Our fully staffed tennis center with 16 Har-Tru® courts provides competition for all levels of play. Our fully staffed 6000 square foot Health & Wellness center offers strength and cardio machines, group classes & spa services. Organized activities include bridge and gin rummy, bowling, garden, Audubon and computer clubs and diversified entertainment evenings from live comedy to dinner, dancing and special events. There is also a well-stocked library. Fine and casual dining is available throughout the year.
Quail Ridge Has Fully Equipped Rental Units for Friends and Family
No need to book nearby hotels, your family and guests can stay right in our community when they visit you at Quail Ridge. The rental units are owned by our members who only use them a few weeks out of the year and all the details of renting, billing and housekeeping are handled by our staff. They are a useful amenity for our membership in general and provide an affordable way for their owners to enjoy Quail Ridge a few weeks a year with off-setting rental income when they are not in residence.
